CommunityVoice is a user community for Finalsite built on the GetSatisfaction community platform. Our goal was to provide a place for Finalsite users to reach out to one another, share ideas and other things that they are working on, ask questions, and provide ideas on how to make Finalsite a better platform.
I was involved in the initial setup of the GetSatisfaction platform, as well as the ongoing maintenance and community management. I implemented the Community Champions initiative, identifying knowledgeable and helpful users to become community leaders.
